At MZ-KRAFT, all products are made to order specifically for you through our print-on-demand fulfillment process.

• All Sales Are Final: We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or customer preference. Please refer carefully to our sizing charts before placing your order.
  
  
• Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing print error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at mz-kraft26@gmail.com with photos of the issue and your order details. We will gladly arrange a free replacement.
